Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, Canadian CPA, EA, or progress toward a professional designation preferred.
5+ years of public accounting tax experience with a focus on international taxation.
Experience serving U.S.-based clients with cross-border operations.
Strong background in U.S. international tax compliance and reporting.
Experience preparing and/or reviewing Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865.
Knowledge of multinational corporate structures and U.S. international tax concepts.
Experience working with foreign entities, cross-border transactions, and international reporting requirements.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
