- Maintaining budgets, signing contracts, paying invoices, preparing reporting documents;
- Collecting needs from internal teams, creating event timelines, communicating with project teams to organize the event;
- Planning & conducting weekly project team calls;
- Searching for contractors (worldwide) for online and offline events, conducting briefings, leading communication with exhibition organizers and different events venues;
