Leiter*in Warehouse Facility Management

Responsibilities

• Lead your team consisting of facility managers, technicians, and back-office staff.
• Be the main contact for external building service providers.
• Responsible for planned and corrective maintenance and technical review of all building technology.
• Ensure smooth operational building operations and be a 'Power User' of the CAFM system, building management technology (GLT), and energy management system (EMS).
• Propose and implement optimization measures and document all services, especially inspection services.
• Responsible for root cause analysis, resolution of system failures, budget control, and operating costs.

Requirements

• University degree or completed training as a master or technician in electrical engineering, TGA, supply technology, or a comparable technical education with approximately 7 years of professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in leading employees.
• Experience with normative/legal requirements for building technology and occupational safety.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and relevant experience as a contact for technical facility management service providers.
• Analytical approach and systematically structured working method.
