- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within game development environments - you have supported & shipped games.
- 2+ years leading QA teams within game development, including direct people management, performance management, and HR responsibility.
- Experience leading embedded QA professionals as part of cross functional development teams rather than outsourced QA functions.
- Experience creating and driving test strategies for (live) games, game features, or live service environments.
- Experience managing and aligning with HQ stakeholders remotely across multiple time zones.
- Experience with game development pipelines and workflows, with art pipeline experience strongly preferred.
- Experience setting strategic goals and driving execution across QA teams.
- Experience establishing and tracking quality metrics that influence development decisions and drive improvements.
