Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and marketing experiences, including logistics coordination, vendor support, materials management, and on-site execution.
  • Assist with social media and content initiatives, including LinkedIn support, content coordination, scheduling, and helping maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Provide day-to-day project coordination across multiple Marketing workstreams, helping track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving.
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, partnerships, and other cross-functional stakeholders, to support sponsorships, campaigns, and broader marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed to support execution across programs and activations.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to help inform planning, messaging, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or a recent graduate, with an interest in marketing, communications, events, brand, or a related field.

  • Prior internship, campus leadership, event support, marketing, or communications experience is a plus, but not required.
