Middle+ / Senior Product Data Analyst

About the role

This role involves deep dives into product data to understand user behavior and product performance. The analyst will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators and build reports to track them. A core part of the job is to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations that guide product development and strategy.

A significant aspect of this position is the design and evaluation of product experiments, including A/B tests, to measure the impact of new features and changes. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining data quality and developing predictive models to anticipate user needs. This role contributes directly to evolving this platform by ensuring data-driven decisions are made to enhance its features and user engagement.

The salary for this role ranges from $126,500 to $195,500 USD annually.

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics in a high-growth environment
• Proficient in SQL and Python, with proven ability to manipulate large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and develop actionable conclusions
• Demonstrated experience creating advanced dashboards preferably using Tableau
• Proven background in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B testing
• Strong ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
