About the role

This NOC Engineer I position focuses on incident response and scheduled maintenance within Conversant Group's Managed Services Solutions. The role involves implementing updates and patching for software and hardware, resolving technical issues related to maintenance, and ensuring adherence to company standard operating procedures. Success in this role means effectively supporting services through diligent maintenance and timely issue resolution.

The engineer will report to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager and operate in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities include understanding Conversant Group's products and services, obtaining vendor certifications, and providing feedback to improve service supportability. Collaboration with clients, peers, and managers is essential for successful service support.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology, ideally within managed services, and possess a technical degree or equivalent work history. Familiarity with ticketing systems and time management is necessary. The role also requires technical certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, or CompTIA, and experience with IT for the legal industry is preferred.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,500 to $138,000.
