The engineer will report to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager and operate in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities include understanding Conversant Group's products and services, obtaining vendor certifications, and providing feedback to improve service supportability. Collaboration with clients, peers, and managers is essential for successful service support.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology, ideally within managed services, and possess a technical degree or equivalent work history. Familiarity with ticketing systems and time management is necessary. The role also requires technical certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, or CompTIA, and experience with IT for the legal industry is preferred.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,500 to $138,000.
