Operations Manager, Bermuda

Responsibilities

• Own the oversight and management of operational functions within CB Bermuda and outsourced to intragroup or third-party entities.
• Build and maintain supervision frameworks across critical business areas of Coinbase Bermuda.
• Lead the establishment of operational resilience frameworks.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to project-manage critical operations and risk initiatives.
• Support first line of defense operations across key areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services with demonstrated oversight of operations strategy.
• Proven experience within a regulated financial institution or investment business.
• Track record of developing and improving operational processes.
• Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks and incident management.
• Prior experience navigating a BMA-regulated industry.
