  • Bachelors, Masters/PHD degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quant fields.
  • Less than 5 years of experience (including internships), ideally in trading systems, backend product, fintech, quant, or platform roles.
  • Strong understanding of trading fundamentals such as order book mechanics, margin, leverage, liquidation, PnL, and risk management concepts.
  • Strong logical thinking and ability to work with complex mathematical models and system rules.
  • Comfortable working with data and technical teams; experience with SQL/Python/Excel is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
