- Bachelor s degree with 1–4 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, trading support, or derivatives-related roles (crypto derivatives experience is a plus but not required).
- Basic understanding of derivatives products and trading concepts; strong interest in learning derivatives product logic and risk parameters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, process flows, and operational troubleshooting.
- Exposure to project coordination or process improvement is a plus.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance from senior team members.
