  • Identify and solve technical issues in back-end systems, ensuring system performance and stability.
  • Performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoring, optimize the products to maximize speed and scale.
  • Design and build libraries and frameworks that will be further used by internal clients, speed up development efficiency and improve code quality.
  • Currently enrolled or holding a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of full stack development experience in a similar role supporting large scale production systems, preferably 2-3 years in the Crypto or Security space.
  • Extensive knowledge of full product development life cycle, have experience involving various stages, with demonstrated programming skills in Java, Python, Go or similar.
  • Familiar with mainstream development frameworks, common distributed system components, caching, messaging, and other mechanisms.
  • Capable of independent system design, with experience in designing, developing, and tuning large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems.
  • Possessing business understanding ability, able to identify problems in business requirements and system architecture design, and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, capable of coping with stress, and quickly learning new knowledge.
