The salary range for this role is between $98,000 and $162,000.

- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance (experience in crypto-native derivatives or trading is preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues.
- Proven project/Process management experience, with the ability to bridge technical and business domains.
- Good understanding of derivatives product logic and risk data, particularly in calibrating trading parameters and defining product specifications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
- Self-motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and cross-cultural environment with high expectations.
