Role in brief
Luno is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of institutional stablecoin issuance and wallet infrastructure. This role involves creating self-service platforms and Wallet as a Service solutions for clients like treasury teams and financial institutions. Candidates with experience in product management for institutional users, stablecoins, and on-chain settlement should apply.
About the role
This role focuses on developing and managing products for institutional clients, specifically a self-service stablecoin issuance platform and a Wallet as a Service offering. The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these products, from minting and redemption flows to user management, reporting, and ensuring the repeatability of future stablecoin launches. The goal is to transform manual customer processes into efficient, self-service solutions.
A key aspect of this position involves directly engaging with institutional customers, including treasury teams, payment providers, and market makers, to gather feedback and shape the product roadmap. The role also requires building robust controls to ensure trust in the issuer, such as auditability, segregation of duties, and compliance reporting, operating within a regulated environment.
Success in this role means delivering secure, scalable, and compliant stablecoin and wallet solutions that meet the needs of institutional users. This involves a deep understanding of stablecoin economics, on-chain settlement, and the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly products. The Product Manager will contribute to Luno's mission of making digital assets safe and accessible for a broader institutional market.
