The annual salary for this position ranges from $92,000 to $149,500.

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product delivery role.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and product development cycles.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making, prioritization, and iterative development.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous work environment, managing time and tasks independently.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). German language skills are a plus.
