What You'll Do

• Project Planning & Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans.
• Execution: Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Work within budgets set by Lead PMs, monitoring alignment with contract constraints.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive execution of project goals.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential project risks and suggest strategies to mitigate them.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior project managers.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in international IT projects.
• Experience in back-end project implementation and infrastructure-oriented projects.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• FinTech background will be a plus.
