Responsibilities
- Marketing Analytics: Analyze marketing performance across channels, including paid acquisition, events, product marketing, and website performance.
- KPI Tracking & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for different marketing teams (performance, product marketing, events, website).
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Support marketing stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, metric investigations, and reporting (e.g. explaining drops in leads or campaign performance).
- Attribution & Funnels: Work with acquisition funnels, marketing costs, and attribution models (including multi-touch attribution where applicable).
- Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales Analytics and Unit Economics to ensure consistent definitions, metrics, and data models.
- Data Quality & Consistency: Help improve data quality, align metric definitions, and reduce inconsistencies across dashboards and reports.
- Operational Support: Support day-to-day analytical needs of marketing teams while contributing to long-term improvements in marketing analytics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics.
- SQL: Strong SQL skills are mandatory.
- Marketing Domain Knowledge: Practical experience with marketing metrics, campaign performance analysis, attribution models, or marketing KPI frameworks.
- Data Visualization: Experience building clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with marketing stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to investigate problems, explain metric changes, and turn data into actionable insights.
- Nice to Have: Experience with web analytics, attribution modeling and DBT.
