Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support Support the Partner onboarding process where necessary through initial assessment of relationship scope, outsourced activities, or any relevant policy/procedure/control documentation.
- Partner Monitoring & Oversight Execute oversight activities across a portfolio of Partners, ensuring required monitoring and oversight reviews are completed in line with defined cadences and internal standards.
- Collect, Validate, and Analyze Management Information (MI) Collect and validate MI from Partners and internal sources, perform quality assurance, conduct trend and anomaly analysis. Identify emerging patterns, systemic risks, and performance indicators that inform/impact the partner relationship and prepare structured risk summaries for executive reporting.
- Identify and Escalate Emerging Risks Proactively identify risk indicators, control weaknesses, and deviations from expected performance. Escalate issues with clear supporting evidence and recommended remediation actions to the Head of Partner Oversight and senior stakeholders. Own resolution tracking and validate control effectiveness.
- Maintain Oversight Artifacts and Risk Logs Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of oversight documentation, monitoring and remediation trackers, issue logs, and risk dashboards. Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to templates, data standards, and workflows based on operational experience and best practice.
- Support Governance and Partner Engagement Prepare materials for Partner governance meetings, including comprehensive MI packs and risk summaries, and document decisions with clear accountability and follow-up frameworks. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Partners on oversight matters.
- Conduct Targeted Oversight Reviews Lead thematic or partner-specific deep dives (e.g. KYC/B processes, AML controls, issues management), including sample testing, evidence review, and control assessments.
- Contribute to Framework and Process Improvements Provide practical input into the development and refinement of oversight control standards, data standards, processes, and workflows based on operational experience and observed gaps.
- Stakeholder Engagement Strategic, cross functional engagement with BVNK stakeholders, including onboarding and commercial teams, compliance, and external stakeholders.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party risk, vendor oversight, partner management, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience with embedded partnerships or finance models, introducer relationships, correspondent banking, and/or complex outsourced arrangements.
- Deep familiarity with AML, KYC/KYB, or other regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Background in fintech, payments, crypto, banking, or financial services.
