About the role
This Solutions Engineer role at Incode involves leading the technical aspects of client engagements across the entire customer lifecycle. You will conduct technical discovery sessions, provide product demonstrations, and manage proofs of concept during the pre-sales phase. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to RFPs and RFIs to ensure technical compatibility early in the sales process.
A core part of the role is guiding clients through the integration process for Incode's identity verification solutions. This includes managing SDK and API integrations from initial kickoff to go-live, coordinating with internal engineering teams for escalations, and ensuring all delivery milestones are met. Your work directly contributes to successful client onboarding and implementation.
Beyond initial setup, you will serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for assigned accounts. This involves proactive identification of expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and resolving technical issues before they escalate. Success in this position means ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term technical partnerships with mid-market clients.
The salary for this position ranges from $98,000 to $162,000 USD.

What You’ll Own & Drive
Pre-Sales
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver product demos for prospective mid-market clients.
- Scope and run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and validate technical fit early in the sales cycle.
Onboarding & Implementation
- Guide clients through SDK and API integrations end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live.
- Coordinate with Engineering on escalations and own delivery milestones throughout the implementation.
Post-Sales & Account Health

Your Background
Required
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role at a SaaS company.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integration patterns.
- Familiarity with web technologies and web SDK integrations.
- Familiarity with mobile technologies and mobile SDK integrations (iOS / Android).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and professional-level English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with high organization and follow-through.
- Comfortable working fully remote with distributed teams across time zones.
