About the role

This role is focused on enhancing efficiency within Bolt's Finance and Operations by developing and maintaining automated workflows. Your daily work will involve creating solutions that connect different systems, such as ERP, finance, and HR, ensuring they operate smoothly and reliably. The goal is to reduce manual tasks, speed up critical business processes, and allow the company to expand without adding operational complexity.

The position requires a hands-on approach to automation and integration. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from gathering initial requirements to deployment and ongoing support. This includes monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring high reliability of all automated processes. Success in this role means consistently delivering solutions that make a tangible business impact.

You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Finance, IT, and People Tech, as well as external vendors, to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions. A key aspect of the job is identifying opportunities for process improvement and translating those into automation initiatives. This role is for someone who can independently manage their workload, proactively align with stakeholders, and take full ownership of outcomes.

The salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $55,000 USD annually.
