About the role

This role involves leading executive compensation, including designing long-term incentives and preparing materials for the Compensation Committee, in collaboration with legal and finance teams. The successful candidate will also serve as a dedicated compensation partner for senior executives across various groups, providing clear and concise recommendations on compensation matters.

A key aspect of this position is driving AI strategy within the compensation function. This includes identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered workflows and agents to enhance benchmarking, scenario modeling, and stakeholder communications.
