The salary for this full-time Staff Backend Engineer position ranges from $185,000 to $219,000 annually.

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems
• Proven track record in building crypto wallets or blockchain-related products
• Deep understanding of both UTXO and Account models, state management, and consensus mechanisms
• Extensive experience in secure coding practices with a very strong understanding of security principles as they apply to blockchain and crypto wallet systems
• Familiarity with competitive technologies and cloud service setups
• A self-driven, independent mindset with extreme ownership over your work and outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges
• A user-centric approach to designing and launching high-quality products that fuel the growth of the crypto economy
