- Ability to translate nuanced data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Management, Design, and Engineering.
- Embedded within a specific MetaMask product team.
- Report into the broader UX Research function.
- High degree of ownership and autonomy.
- US pay range $146,000—$218,000 USD.
