System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and formalize product requirements in conditions of high uncertainty
• Work with large teams (aligning solutions, communication between development, testing, and business)
• Model processes and system logic using BPMN and UML
• Write and validate SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN) for data analysis and hypothesis testing
• Maintain project documentation and support requirements at all stages of development
• Participate in architectural discussions — consider architectural constraints and trade-offs

Requirements

• Experience as a system or business analyst for at least 5 years
• Experience in fintech (mandatory — key requirement)
• Skill in identifying and formulating various types of requirements (business, functional, non-functional)
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
• Experience writing SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN)
• Experience working in large teams
• Architectural background (understanding of system connections, APIs, databases, integrations)
• Experience and willingness to work in uncertain conditions

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of payment systems, banking processes, DWH
