What You’ll Do

  • Own hiring end-to-end across operations roles (kickoff → offer → close)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Drive high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and creative approaches
  • Ensure a fast, structured, and high-bar interview process (clear ownership, fast feedback, strong candidate experience)
  • Act as a strategic advisor — challenge assumptions, calibrate candidates, and influence hiring decisions
