As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the entire hiring lifecycle for operational positions, from initial kickoff to offer and closing. This involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Your goal is to attract high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing and referrals, ensuring a structured and efficient interview process.

Your role extends beyond direct recruitment; you will act as a strategic advisor, offering insights and challenging assumptions to influence hiring decisions. A key part of the job involves building and refining the company's hiring frameworks and interview standards as Dwelly expands. Maintaining strong discipline with the ATS, specifically Greenhouse, is also important for data quality and evaluation.

Success in this role means consistently filling operational roles with strong candidates while contributing to the overall improvement of Dwelly's recruitment processes. You will have a direct impact on how the company builds its teams and will work closely with founders and senior leadership. This position offers the chance to grow into a more senior talent acquisition role as the company scales.

The salary for this role ranges from $51,750 to $80,500 annually.

What You’ll Do

  • Own hiring end-to-end across operations roles (kickoff → offer → close)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, profiles, and hiring strategy
