Lead and mentor a team of Backend and Wallet developers.
Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure wallets and reusable wallet libraries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
Define technical roadmap and drive sprint planning.
Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing P2P applications.
Perform regular code reviews and optimization initiatives.
Stay ahead of emerging Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends.

6+ years of software engineering experience with 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
Experience building and deploying crypto wallets and DeFi protocols.
Strong NodeJS and React Native development experience.
Good C++ development experience.
Experience in building P2P applications or distributed systems is desirable.
Solid grasp of software architecture principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
