About the role

This role focuses on identifying and assessing new trading opportunities across various asset classes. The manager will be responsible for leveraging AI tools to analyze competitors and gather market insights, directly informing strategic decisions. A key part of the work involves overseeing the listing process for new prediction market contracts, tokens, and coins, ensuring smooth integration into the platform.

The position also involves significant project management, requiring the ability to develop and execute project plans while coordinating efforts across different teams. This includes managing the entire lifecycle of initiatives from conception to completion. The manager will be central to ensuring that new trading strategies are implemented efficiently and effectively within the company's operational framework.

Beyond strategic initiatives, the role includes day-to-day business management for the trading desks. This involves ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with broader business goals. The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 USD.
