Actively contribute to high-impact Treasury projects, focusing on areas such as secured lending and Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) tasks.
Develop a foundational knowledge of how risks are managed across both traditional banking and cryptocurrency landscapes.
Assist in aligning Treasury policies with our internal risk appetite, internal policies, and ad-hoc requirements.
Gain practical experience with Treasury day-to-day operations.
Get a holistic view of how a bank's Treasury functions, moving beyond routine tasks to understand strategic financial management.

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Maths, or similar.
Exposure to financial analysis, accounting principles, or corporate finance.
Basic understanding of cash flow, interest rates, or financial markets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
Exposure to risk management frameworks, budgeting, or data visualization is a plus.
