UI Engineer

About the role

This UI Engineer role involves building modern, efficient solutions for complex problems within the FinTech space. You will work closely with designers and product managers to identify and solve customer-centric issues, ensuring the development of polished, scalable web applications. The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $170,000 annually, in addition to equity.

Professional Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional programming experience building cloud applications and services.
• Experience building polished, scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on front-end architecture, user interfaces, and customer-facing product experiences.
• Strong background working with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns to drive consistency and speed across product development.
• Deep familiarity with modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with the ability to build intuitive and performant interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with React and related front-end frameworks/libraries for building complex, data-heavy product experiences.
• Comfortable operating in product engineering environments where UI quality, reusable patterns, and front-end craftsmanship are important parts of the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities to build, test, and scale AI-powered solutions.
