• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with Japanese accounting standards.
• Regularly reconcile exchange accounts, bank accounts, crypto wallets, and general ledger.
• Manage the accounting and reporting of cryptocurrency transactions.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and assist with audits.
• Provide financial analysis and insights into cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
• Handle tax-related matters including preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Collaborate with the global finance team and other departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
