- Submit month-end closing reporting packages in Netsuite for CIS region
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of Regulatory Reports for the CIS region
- Ensure compliance and timely submission of all tax reports for CIS region
- Maintain accurate record keeping in 1C system and perform reconciliation with Netsuite for Kazakhstan
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and local legislations
- Liaise with consultants, regulators, banks, and auditors
- Participate in assigned projects
- Contribute to planning and budgeting cycles

- Bachelor Degree with major in BA, Economics
- Russian and English languages are required
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in crypto or financial sector
- Experience in Big4 or other accounting firms and accounting degree as DipIFR, ACCA or CPA is a plus
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, Tax code
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Solid knowledge of 1C system and willingness to learn Oracle
- Team player with excellent analytical skills
