- Experience in leading accounting month-end book close process.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with large ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Remote-first role with in-person participation required throughout the year.
- Attendance at team and company-wide offsites is expected and fully supported.
