• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
