Accountant/ Financial Controller

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with Japanese accounting standards.
Reconcile exchange accounts, bank accounts, crypto wallets, and general ledger.
Manage accounting and reporting of cryptocurrency transactions.
Develop and maintain internal controls and assist with audits.
Provide financial analysis and insights into cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Japanese financial regulations and handle tax-related matters.
Collaborate with global finance team and other departments.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
