What you'll do:
- Own day-to-day billing operations for Custody and Prime, including invoicing accuracy, the monthly close, and the billing ticket queue.
- Lead and develop the billing operations team and coordinate BPO support.
- Drive billing and collections automation, including AI-assisted drafting and ticket triage, to improve cycle time, cost, and quality.
- Partner with Revenue Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and Sales on billing systems and the migration from Salesforce to the Prime platform.
- Execute and maintain evidence for billing-related SOX controls.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in billing, revenue, or finance operations, including direct process ownership.
- Experience leading or mentoring teammates and managing operational queues to SLA.
- Strong command of billing and invoicing systems and reconciliation, with hands-on experience in NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable tools.
- Track record of improving operational processes through automation and tooling.
- Working familiarity with SOX controls and the financial close.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

- Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $130,900—$154,000 USD.
