Business Operations Manager / Director – FCM & Brokerage Operations
Role in brief
Crypto.com seeks a Business Operations Manager/Director to oversee B2B client onboarding and operational processes for institutional clients. This role involves coordinating technical integrations, managing client relationships, and improving operational efficiency. Candidates with a background in fintech, regulated financial markets, or derivatives, who can diagnose problems and redesign systems, are ideal.
About the role
This role focuses on owning the entire B2B client onboarding lifecycle, from initial engagement and contract execution through technical integration and operational readiness. The manager will serve as the primary operational contact for institutional clients such as brokers and FCMs, coordinating various operational processes with legal, compliance, product, and technology teams to ensure a smooth and scalable client experience.
A key aspect of this position involves identifying and resolving onboarding bottlenecks, developing pragmatic solutions, and driving their implementation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining operational playbooks, process documentation, and client readiness materials. Tracking and reporting on onboarding pipeline status, client health, and operational risks to leadership and stakeholders is also a core duty.
The role requires representing the company in client-facing discussions, including negotiations and issue resolution, while building strong client relationships and anticipating operational risks. Additionally, the manager will lead cross-functional special projects, translating business objectives into clear project plans with defined milestones and deliverables, thriving in a fast-moving, lean environment where they may need to build processes while executing.
The salary for this position ranges from $98,000 to $162,000 annually.
