About the role

This leadership position involves taking full operational control of GALINA World, a new venture focused on creating a blockchain-backed clean energy marketplace in Europe. The platform will integrate solar storage, heat pumps, and peer-to-peer energy trading on Polygon PoS, utilizing the GLNA utility token. The CEO will be central to bringing this innovative concept to market.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing the ICO timeline, which involves ATVP notification, whitepaper finalization, and the Token Generation Event scheduled for Q4 2026. The role also requires leading a €5M ICO campaign and fostering community growth. Success in this position means effectively launching the marketplace and achieving significant financial performance post-ICO, targeting €500K+ revenue by the end of 2027.

The CEO will manage investor relations, securing seed funding and institutional ICO participants, as well as overseeing exchange listings. External partnerships, including negotiations with DSOs, KYC/AML providers, and audit firms, are also critical. This role involves direct management of the CTO, CMO, CFO, Legal Officer, and Operations Lead, ensuring the team works cohesively towards the company's goals and navigating the MiCA Path A regulatory process with ATVP.

The listed salary range for this C-level position is $135,000 to $300,000 USD, with the understanding that the first year's salary will be deferred.
