5+ years in energy sector (utility, distributed energy, renewables, smart grid, or energy tech)
Track record of at least one regulatory engagement
Led a team through a fundraise
EU citizen or resident with clean standing
Willing and financially able to work on deferred salary for Year 1
Prior Web3 or blockchain involvement
Network in Slovenian, Austrian, or Central European energy sector
Fluent English — Slovenian or another Slavic language a meaningful advantage
Investor relations and public speaking experience
