The annual salary for this full-time remote position ranges from $100,000 to $170,000.

- Hands-on experience designing and tuning rule-based transaction monitoring systems, focusing on accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ability to confidently and diplomatically challenge and persuade senior stakeholders, including MLROs, to ensure rules are both compliant and operationally viable.
