Requirements:

  • Solid working knowledge of AML regulations, transaction monitoring concepts, and compliance requirements within crypto or financial services sectors.
  • Hands-on experience designing and tuning rule-based transaction monitoring systems, focusing on accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to confidently and diplomatically challenge and persuade senior stakeholders, including MLROs, to ensure rules are both compliant and operationally viable.
