What you'll do:

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years in derivatives sales, sales and trading, or business development at a tier-1 financial institution, cryptocurrency exchange, or fintech, with a focus on APAC markets.
- Proven origination track record with existing relationships among VIP derivatives traders (crypto or traditional finance) in APAC, demonstrated by measurable revenue or volume growth in prior roles.
- Deep knowledge of derivatives market structure, product types (perpetuals, options, futures), and risk management principles sufficient to consult with sophisticated trading clients.
- History of independently closing complex, high-value deals and consistently exceeding revenue or volume targets.
- Willingness to travel within APAC (up to approximately 30%) and English fluency (spoken and written).
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Pay Transparency Notice:
- The target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
- Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $185,400—$185,400 SGD.
