Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning and budgeting processes
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and expenses
• Conduct financial analysis across business units and products (exchange, payments, e-commerce, academy)
• Collaborate with tax and legal advisors
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including crypto-related regulations
• Develop and implement financial processes and policies
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights
• Work with investors and prepare reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting (IFRS/GAAP)
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (required)
• Experience with ERP or financial systems
• Understanding of fintech and payment systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• English level B2+ (Spanish is a plus)
