Accounting Manager

About the role

As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and refining Coins.ph's accounting management systems. Your daily work will involve overseeing financial accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant tax policies and regulations, while also managing both company assets and user funds.

This position requires you to build and grow the accounting team, fostering a culture that values data-driven ideas. You will work within a company that is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), holding licenses as a Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer. The company serves over 18 million users in the Philippines, offering cryptocurrency trading and financial services through its mobile app.

Success in this role means maintaining robust financial controls, ensuring compliance with international and local accounting standards, and effectively leading and developing your team. The salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $175,000 USD per year.
