Oversee end-to-end FX conversion operations including quote management, trade execution, and settlement.
Monitor real-time FX pricing engine performance.
Manage and optimize intelligent vendor selection logic.
Handle escalations for failed transactions and provider API errors.
Own daily reconciliation across all currency inflows/outflows.
Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners.
Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
Partner with Product and Tech teams on new feature rollouts.

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance/International Business.
5+ years experience in payment industry or FX operations fields.
Interest in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, and trading or finance/banking/payments industry.
Attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
Data-savvy with an understanding of basic metrics of operations.
Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly.
Fluent in English.
