Role in brief

MLabs is seeking a Growth Associate to expand its client's decentralized finance protocol. This role focuses on identifying and securing new asset listings and blockchain deployment opportunities. Candidates with a strong background in DeFi business development and a network within chain foundations and asset issuers should apply to drive the protocol's growth and market presence.

About the role

The Growth Associate will also represent the client's growth interests at industry events and engage in direct conversations with key partners. This involves building and presenting clear commercial proposals and leveraging an existing professional network. The ideal candidate will thrive in an asynchronous, on-chain-native work environment, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture.
