A key part of the job is to drive post-meeting activities, including note-taking, follow-ups, and internal coordination to keep deals moving forward. The associate will need to become proficient in Galaxy's diverse digital asset offerings, which include structured products, tokenization, and asset management. This understanding will enable them to clearly explain complex products and strategies to institutional audiences.
The position also emphasizes the adoption of AI tools to enhance team performance and business results. This includes using generative AI, automation platforms, and data copilots to improve productivity, decision-making, and the overall quality of work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital assets, fintech, and digital infrastructure, and will thrive under demanding timelines.
The compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually, in addition to a discretionary bonus.

What You’ll Do
- Support Galaxy’s highest-priority tier-1 accounts, working alongside senior leadership and business heads on live institutional engagements.
- Own the development of client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs, and bespoke proposals.
- Contribute directly to deal outcomes end-to-end, from initial engagement through close.
