About the role

This role focuses on leading Bitpanda's Investor Relations function. The expert will build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors, as well as other external stakeholders. A key part of the work involves creating and communicating a clear investment narrative that aligns with the company's overall strategy.

The position requires close collaboration with the Finance department and senior leadership to prepare investor materials and strategic updates. Success in this role means effectively advising senior stakeholders on investor perspectives, market dynamics, and expectations, ensuring the company's financial story is well-understood.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $225,000 USD.

What you’ll do

• Own and steer the Investor Relations function end-to-end, operating independently
• Build and manage trusted relationships with existing and prospective investors, and key external stakeholders
• Shape and communicate a clear, compelling company and investment narrative aligned with company strategy
• Lead preparation of investor materials and strategic updates in close partnership with Finance and Leadership
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on investor perspectives, expectations, and capital markets dynamics

Who you are

• You bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Investor Relations
• You’re comfortable operating autonomously and setting direction without close supervision
• You have strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, especially around financial performance
• You’re a confident senior-stakeholder partner with excellent communication skills
• You’re structured, reliable, and thrive in roles with high ownership and visibility
