Junior Project Manager

About the role

In this role, you will serve as a dedicated partner to clients, immersing yourself in their business to understand project goals and market demands. Your focus will be on maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

You will build strong relationships with both clients and the development team, leading meetings and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Success in this position means effectively managing client expectations and delivering on project goals.

The salary for this role ranges from 80,000 to 130,000 USD.

• English level C1 is a must!
• Ability to manage client expectations. Has at least 1 year of experience in customer-focused communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Analytical skills for researching and evaluating solutions.
• Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.
