This Legal Counsel position at Btse involves leading and project-managing the company's applications for various financial licenses worldwide, including VASP, MiCA, and MSB. A key part of the work includes continuously monitoring developments from regulatory bodies like the SEC, CFTC, FCA, and MAS. The Legal Counsel will analyze these shifts and provide concise briefings to the executive team, ensuring they are informed about potential impacts on Btse's operations and strategy. This requires a strong ability to translate complex legal information into actionable insights.

Collaboration is central to this role, as the Legal Counsel will partner closely with the Compliance team. Together, they will convert regulatory requirements into practical operational policies and workflows that are ready for audits. Success in this position means effectively integrating legal compliance into the company's daily functions and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies.

The compensation for this role is between $112,000 and $188,000 USD.
