About the role

This role focuses on leading MoonPay's Know Your Business (KYB) operations, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding for partners and business clients. The manager will be responsible for the entire KYB review process across all MoonPay products, acting as the primary expert in this domain. A key aspect of the work involves continuously identifying and implementing improvements to existing workflows and documentation.

The manager will build and develop a team of KYB Operations Analysts, setting their individual and collective performance targets. This includes monitoring the quality of their output through established QA frameworks and providing regular reports on the team's performance. Success in this position means maintaining high standards of compliance while also driving efficiency and scalability within the KYB operations.

Collaboration is central to this position, as the manager will represent the KYB Operations team in discussions with other departments such as Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering. This cross-functional engagement is crucial for integrating KYB processes effectively within the broader company framework and for advocating for necessary tooling and workflow enhancements.

The salary for this position ranges from $101,000 to $204,500 USD.
