This includes overseeing the entire vendor onboarding process within ZipHQ and ensuring adherence to procurement policies.

The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $157,500 USD.

- 7+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay, or a similar operational role.
- Hands-on experience as a ZipHQ system administrator.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify process inefficiencies, develop solutions, and manage execution through to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, interpreting, and reporting procurement metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
- Experience developing and maintaining procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes and cross-functional P2P workflows.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
