  • Lead the marketing analytics function: set priorities, build analytical processes, develop tools, and manage a team of analysts
  • Evaluate performance across brands, regions, countries, and traffic sources
  • Support marketing experiments end-to-end: from hypothesis design to results interpretation
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and maintain multi-touch attribution (MTA) models
  • Collaborate with the BI team to build dashboards, automate reporting and streamline decision making
  • Analyze data from advertising platforms and internal systems to uncover growth opportunities
  • Present findings and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including at least 1 year in a lead or senior analyst role
  • Proven experience managing a team, setting goals, prioritizing work, and developing talent
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in statistics, specifically in causal inference methods
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Hands-on experience with marketing data platforms (AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels, attribution logic, and performance marketing metrics
  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • A sense of team with mutual support and honest feedback
