The lead will also serve as a key operational link between Sumsub's internal teams and external vendors, facilitating seamless onboarding and ongoing alignment.
Success in this position means maintaining a comprehensive and organized repository of all partner-related legal, compliance, and commercial documents. The individual will take full ownership of procurement processes, demonstrating independence and proactiveness in a fast-paced B2B tech environment. The salary for this position ranges from $51,750 to $86,250 USD annually.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for both new and existing Data and Technology partners globally.
- Coordinate initial reviews of legal documentation (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs) and manage smooth, timely communication with internal Legal and Data Protection teams.
- Drive commercial negotiations and agreement renewals to secure optimal pricing, SLAs, and contract terms.
- Act as the primary operational bridge between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring frictionless onboarding and alignment.
- Own and maintain a centralized repository of all partner-related legal, compliance, and commercial documents, keeping everything organized and up to date.

- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of handling negotiations, optimizing costs, and evaluating vendor offerings.
- Excellent legal literacy — you understand contract structures, know what to look for in service agreements, and can efficiently translate business needs into legal requirements.
- Fluency in English (C2 level) with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
